At our first counselling session, the process of getting to know one another begins. We will discuss what has brought you to therapy, if you know; perhaps briefly explore your personal history and current circumstances.  We will consider what you might like to get out of our time together and discuss any other questions you might have. 


This initial session, of up to 30 minutes is free of charge.

If you decide to continue to work with me, we will agree a regular day and time to meet each week and our journey together is underway.


How long you wish to work with me is your decision and we may decide to have review periods to reflect on our progress and desired outcomes.
