I have worked with adult clients with a broad range of difficulties some of which include: anxiety, bereavement, depression, identity issues, life changing and long-term health problems, loss, relationship issues and trauma. I have supported vulnerable individuals for over twenty years in different business sectors, both in the UK and overseas. This experience, coupled with my personal journey, has given me insight into how difficult life, including some life transitions, can be.

As a Humanistic and Integrative counsellor, I tailor my work to my client’s specific needs, drawing from a range of different approaches to help you meet your desired outcome.

Experience

I trained at the Bath Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling (BCPC), where the training is accredited by UKCP (UK Council for Psychotherapists) and BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy). (see Useful links for more information).

As a member of BACP, I work to their ethical code, and undertake regular supervision with a qualified supervisor, allowing me to provide a professional service.

Victim Support volunteer and Citizens Advice volunteer, Wiltshire. My background is Physiotherapy and I have a MSC in Health Psychology.
